Jennifer is now proud to offer in home concierge services in Litchfield County.
​Jennifer values include dignity, respect, empathy, cultural sensitivity, individualization, confidentiality, recovery-focused approach, accessibility, and holistic care. Essentially prioritizing an individuals unique needs and experiences while treating them with respect and compassion, aiming to empower them towards recovery and well-being.
Providing in home services is a new service being offered to assist people that may prefer the comfort and privacy of their own home for medication management, supportive counseling and life style coaching.
Appointments are available days, evenings and weekends.
Psychiatric Intake
Up to 75 minute in home psychiatric evaluation for new patients with development of treatment plan.
Psychiatric Follow Up
Up to 45 minute in home follow up for review of current treatment plan, supportive therapy and lifestyle coaching.
Telephone check in
Up to 15 minute telephone or telehealth session between visits to discuss changes to status or consultations with other providers.
Medication Refills
Medication refills done outside of appointment or business hours.

This is a cash only service, not billable to insurance.

Mileage Fees
Travel is included inside the service area of Litchfield County.
Outside of Litchfield County is billed based on distance and will be discussed prior to intake.
